Camp - Solange Perkul
On Friday 26th of November, we arrived to a great camp which is in Rosario. This place is called Carcaraes. There we could practice more our English language, make new friends and enjoy all the activities that the counselors offer you. There are five counselors and a coordinator that helps you with any problem you may have, give you the food which is really delicious (read that section, you'll surprise). So if you want to get better with your English and you want to do it getting fun, I recommend you, readers, come to Carcaraes because you will get a lot of fun, it's interesting and cool. You'll also laugh a lot with the games!
The Venue by Facundo Batipalla
Here at Carcaraes you can enjoy your stay a lot because there are many things which you can be entertained by. For example, if you want to take a peaceful and quiet walk you can start by the wooden bridge to the river where you can go canoe riding or motor boat riding. If you've always liked those old cowboy movies you should go horse riding through the countryside, underneath the trees with only leaves above you. The restaurant has national food from other countries like Ireland, England, USA, etc. If you feel like you could do sports, you can go play football or volleyball at the fields. Outside the restaurant you can go play at the park. THe rooms are great, you can sleep comfortably and warm because there are thick sheets to use if you happen to be cold. So, if all these is good, what could be bad? The weather is one of the problems of Carcaraes. One day you wake up, there is 32 degrees of heat. It's the perfect day. But the next it could be raining making everything wet. It stops raining but later is continues. So if you ever come here this is all the information you need.
The Games by Agustina Cordero
The games in the camp were really funny. When we arrived at first we did the check in, then the first came was called splat. It was like you has to put your fingers like a banana gun and you splat at someone. That someone has to get down and the people next to that someone has to say splat and the first one to say it win and the other is out. Then we played Duck and Goose. Later we played balloon volleyball. That was really funny, the best game. That were all the games of the first day, at night we had the fire then we went to sleep. The second day, we played indoor because the day was horrible. It was raining. We cooked. I really liked it. Before that we played a game that I don't remember the name of. We were into two groups. A line separated us and we had to pass that line and run to found a flag, but we didn't have to be touch by the other group.
The Food by Santiago Rolon
We are at the Carcaraes hotel in an inmersion course of English. All here is so great but the food is even better. There are people from all over the world like Ireland and Australia, so that's why you can eat food which are traditionals in another parts of the world. I have been here since yesterday midday and firstly I at a sandwich that people here in Argentina usually eat but they told us the story of it. At dessert we had apple crumble which is traditionally in England and the United States. At night we ate fried chicken which has a funny story about why do we eat them with the hands. There was corn sauce to put on the chicken. The breakfast has not story but it's delicious and you have a big variety of foods to choose from. There are fruits salad, cereal, milk, etc. Today at midday we had a quiche, that you can eat it with a lot of thing. We at the quiche with ham and cheese. THe next meal is going to be the dinner. We haven't got it yet, but I think it will be delicious and with a fantastic story. Come to this hotel. THe food is not the only good part.
